Verifiable Parental Consent:
Before we collect any information about your child, we obtain your verifiable parental consent ("VPC") through Stripe Identity. This process requires you to verify your identity using a government-issued ID. This verification method meets the FTC's approved VPC standards under the 2025 COPPA Rule.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@funnr.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention:
We retain your child's information only for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. Upon account deletion or withdrawal of consent, we will delete your child's information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
